This loft is part of an old warehouse and is not a legal residence. It is the site of frequent parties by the Crew. At one party, Roony and Pig have a fight over Paola. Slab works here on his series of Cheese Danish paintings, including one inspired by the old Christmas song Partridge in a Pear Tree. Esther comes to Slab for comfort when she is rejected by Schoenmaker and again when she gets knocked up. Slab raises $300 during a party here for Esther to fly to Cuba for an abortion. Later, Raoul tells Rachel about this, but cannot find here a ride to Idlewild.
